Membership Pipeline Advocate

Responsible to Whom: Brad Hobbs
Job Description:
This person will serve the Membership Ministry by being a support person for those in the membership pipelines. This will occur at times during and surrounding the Discover Fellowship Seminars and New-Member Sundays. It will also entail reaching out to those in the membership pipeline to encourage them toward process completion.

8 hours/mo.

Training details:
Will be trained on FEFC’s membership philosophy, theology and process.
Qualifications/special skills desired:
The idea volunteers has a heart for discipleship and the assimilation of people under the covering of membership.
Level of responsibility:
Moderate to major: Tasks are generally spellout out. Requires some independent decision-making and possible creativity in how responsibility is carred out.
